Location: Multiple school sites (Elementary, Middle, and High School)
Travel: Reliable transportation required
Job Overview:
Soliant is working with a school district in Hardwick, VT seeking a dedicated and motivated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our school-based team for the 2025–2026 academic year. This is a full-time position serving students across elementary, middle, and high school campuses. The ideal candidate is flexible, organized, and passionate about supporting communication development in students of all ages.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language support services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
-
Work across multiple school buildings as assigned
-
Assist in implementing IEP goals related to communication
-
Document student progress and maintain records in accordance with school and state guidelines
-
Collaborate with SLPs, teachers, and school staff to support student success
Requirements:

Current SLPA certification/license (as required by the state)

Experience working with school-aged children preferred
-
Ability to manage a flexible schedule across multiple school sites

Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills

Must have reliable transportation
