Job Description:
We are seeking a full-time, onsite Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a supportive school team in Douglas, Wyoming, for the 2025–2026 school year. The ideal candidate will work under the supervision of a licensed SLP to deliver high-quality speech and language support to K–12 students.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students

Implement IEP goals and therapy activities as directed by the supervising SLP
-
Support students across multiple grade levels (K–12)

Collect data and maintain documentation of student progress

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff
Qualifications:

Must hold a current Wyoming SLPA license
-
Previous school-based experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
