Key Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in implementing speech therapy plans within the K-8 caseload.

- Participate in ongoing professional development and clinical mentorship for continued skill enhancement.
Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) License.
- Experience or strong interest in school-based speech-language therapy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills suited for working with children and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in either part-time or full-time roles.
Location:
- Employment onsite within schools located in Dorchester Center, Massachusetts.
- This role may involve travel between multiple school sites in the area.
