Job Responsibilities

Assist the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist in implementing therapy plans

Provide speech and language services to students individually and in small groups

Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and communication needs

Document student progress and maintain accurate service records

Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and support teams

Adhere to district policies and state regulations
Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited SLPA program
-
Active Texas SLPA license
-
Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
