Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)
Location: California School District | Partnered with ProCare Therapy
Job Description:
ProCare Therapy is looking for a dedicated SLPA to join a supportive school-based speech team in California. This role focuses on providing direct services to elementary students and assisting with the implementation of therapy plans.
Key Responsibilities:

Support speech-language services for elementary students under the supervision of a licensed SLP
-
Collaborate with the current speech team to monitor and report student progress

Assist in evaluating students with speech, language, and hearing challenges
-
Contribute to the development and execution of IEP goals and therapy plans

Work alongside teachers and school staff to meet student needs
Qualifications:
-
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field
-
Valid California SLPA license
-
Previous school-based experience is a plus
