- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in Texas
- Previous experience in a school setting or with children is preferred

- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive environment for students of varying backgrounds and needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct group and individual therapy sessions for K-12 students
- Track student progress and maintain accurate session documentation
- Support classroom teachers with strategies to enhance classroom communication
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to student evaluations
