About the Role
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a welcoming school district in Cupertino, CA. This is a full-time, school-based position serving a caseload of students with mild to moderate communication needs.
In this role, you’ll work directly under a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, supporting therapy sessions, tracking progress, and helping students develop stronger speech and language skills that will serve them throughout their lives.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver speech and language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP

Help implement IEP goals and therapy programs for students

Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, goals, and progress reports

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to enhance student outcomes

Prepare therapy materials and assist in classroom communication activities

Participate in school meetings and professional development opportunities
What You’ll Need

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences

Current or eligible California SLPA license

School-based experience preferred but not required

Strong teamwork, communication, and organization skills
