Job Opening: Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)
ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join an established partnership with a school district in Santa Clara, CA for the 2025-2026 academic year.
Responsibilities:

Assist the on-site speech therapy team in managing student caseloads
-
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
-
Collaborate with educators, parents, and therapy staff to support student progress toward IEP goals
Requirements:
-
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
-
Active California SLPA license
-
Experience working as an SLPA in a school environment
Position Information:
-
Provide on-site speech therapy support within the district
-
Itinerant role, traveling to multiple district locations as needed
-
Deliver effective speech therapy services to students
Work Hours:
-
Monday through Friday, 35 hours per week
