We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathology Assistant to join a school-based team in Conroe, TX for the current school year. Bilingual candidates are preferred. This role is perfect for someone passionate about supporting students’ communication and language development under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
Dates: ASAP – End of School Year
Position Details:

Full-time, school-based

Assist with direct therapy services and student progress monitoring

Support SLP in evaluations and IEP implementation

Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to enhance student outcomes
Compensation:

Local W-2 Hourly: $42–$47/hour
Requirements:

Completion of SLPA program or equivalent experience

Ability to work under the supervision of a licensed SLP

Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
