Job Overview – What You’ll Do:
-
Provide speech-language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
-
Support the development and implementation of therapy goals and treatment plans
-
Assist with documentation of student progress and service delivery
-
Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and school staff to support student success
-
Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
Qualifications & Requirements (Texas):
-
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
-
Valid Texas SLPA license through the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR)
-
Strong communication and collaboration skills
-
Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
-
Ability to follow direction and therapy plans with consistency and professionalism
