Hourly Pay: $35–$48/hour (commensurate with experience)

ProCare Therapy is hiring a School-Based Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a welcoming and collaborative school district in Concord, CA. You’ll work alongside experienced SLPs to support K–12 students through engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions.
Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences

Active California SLPA license

Previous school experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply!

Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills

A caring and flexible attitude toward supporting students of all abilities
Responsibilities

Provide direct therapy to students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist

Support a K–12 caseload, addressing articulation, language, and communication needs

Prepare materials and assist with data collection, progress notes, and documentation

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff to ensure each student’s success

Help implement IEP goals and monitor student progress
