We are currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for an onsite, school-based opening in Columbus, GA. This is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week, Monday–Friday) for the full 2024–2025 school year. The SLPA will provide support across 5–6 school sites within the district.

Requirements

Must be registered with the Georgia SLP Board

Active Georgia SLPA license

Degree in Communications or Speech-Language Pathology

Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred

Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities

Provide speech and language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP

Support student IEP goals and track progress

Deliver direct therapy to assigned students

Assist in preparing therapy activities

Collaborate with supervising SLPs, teachers, and families
