Blazer Jobs is seeking a committed and student-centered Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time, onsite school-based role in Clovis, New Mexico for the 2025–2026 school year. About the Role
The SLPA will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver high-quality therapy services, support IEP implementation, and assist in helping students achieve meaningful communication progress. You Will:

Provide direct therapy services to students across K–12 settings

Assist with evaluations, treatment planning, and progress tracking

Support IEP goals under SLP supervision

Maintain accurate documentation and session notes

Collaborate with SLPs, teachers, and parents to create supportive learning environments

Participate in staff meetings and professional development as required
Qualifications:

Active New Mexico SLPA license (required)

School-based or pediatric experience preferred

Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Pay Range: $25–$35+ per hour (based on experience)
