We are currently seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support a K–12th grade caseload in Clovis, NM. This full-time, onsite role will involve direct therapy and assisting with evaluations under the supervision of a licensed SLP for the 2025–2026 school year.
Job Requirements:

Associate’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or related field

Active New Mexico SLPA license or certification as required by the state
-
Experience working in school-based settings preferred

Ability to work onsite full time

Strong communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties:

Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students under SLP supervision

Assist with speech and language evaluations and screenings

Document therapy progress and maintain accurate records
-
Collaborate with SLPs, teachers, and families to support student communication goals

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute relevant information as directed
