A supportive and inclusive school district near Chicago, IL is seeking a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time, onsite-only role. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ communication skills while working alongside experienced SLPs and school professionals.
Position Overview:

Caseload: K–12

Setting: Onsite only
Key Responsibilities:
-
Deliver speech-language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
-
Assist with implementing IEP goals related to communication
-
Support bilingual students with articulation, language development, and fluency
-
Prepare materials and document student progress
-
Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student success
Requirements:
-
Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
-
Active SLPA license in Illinois
-
Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English preferred or based on district needs)
-
Experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting is a plus
-
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
