Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/SLPA) – Multiple Openings
Location: Chesterfield, VA
Schedule: Part-Time & Full-Time Opportunities
ProCare Therapy is partnering with Chesterfield County Schools to fill several Speech-Language Pathology positions for the 2025–2026 school year. These openings include both ongoing school-based support roles and temporary maternity leave coverage. On-site services are strongly preferred, though virtual services may be considered if on-site coverage cannot be secured.
Current Openings:
Part-Time/School Support Positions:

Tomahawk Creek Middle School: 3–4 days per week, supporting another part-time SLP
-
Moseley Elementary School: 3 days per week, supporting a full-time SLP
-
Swift Creek Elementary School (Tentative): 3 days per week
Maternity Leave Coverage:
-
Reams Elementary School: Full-time, 10/16/25 – 1/21/26

Wells Elementary School: Full-time, 12/4/25 – 3/7/26
Additional Notes:

On-site, in-person services are preferred.

Virtual services may be considered only if an on-site SLP is not available. In such cases, the contractor must also provide an on-site paraprofessional to facilitate virtual services.

Qualified Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) may be considered depending on the availability of an SLPA supervisor.
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (for SLP roles)

Active Virginia SLP license; ASHA CCCs preferred
-
SLPA certification/license in Virginia for assistant roles

School-based experience strongly preferred
