Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech therapy services and conduct evaluations for students in elementary grades.
- Participate actively in student meetings and collaborate with educational staff to support student progress.
- Manage caseloads across 1 to 3 schools, adapting services to meet individual student needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district policies for special education services.
- Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists and school teams to implement effective interventions.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Tennessee SLPA License.
- Valid Tennessee Department of Education Certification.
- School Services Personnel License with SLPA Endorsement.
- Prior experience in school-based speech-language pathology is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work on-site full-time, with a schedule averaging 35 to 37.5 hours per week.
- Willingness to engage with multiple school campuses as required by caseload.
Location and Details:
- Position located in Cleveland, Tennessee.
- Contract assignment begins ASAP and continues through May 21, 2026.
- On-site work only; remote or hybrid options are not available.
