Starting Pay: From $30/hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Position Overview:
Join a supportive educational team in Castroville, Texas, as a School-Based Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for the 2025–2026 school year. We are seeking dedicated professionals who are passionate about helping students build communication skills and thrive academically.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech-language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP

Assist in implementing students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Support documentation, data collection, and progress monitoring

Prepare materials to support therapy sessions

Collaborate with school staff, families, and other team members
Qualifications:
-
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Active Texas SLPA license
-
Previous school-based or pediatric experience is a plus, but not required

Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Passion for helping children grow and succeed
