These contracted positions are scheduled for the second semester, from January 1, 2026, through June 1, 2026, with a 37.5-hour workweek. The roles focus on providing speech-language support to elementary-aged children, managing caseloads of approximately 50-55 students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist.
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and therapeutic activities tailored to individual student needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports aligned with district and state requirements.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication goals.
- Participate in meetings and training as needed to maintain high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Active Florida Department of Health Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) license.
- Experience working with elementary-aged children in a school setting preferred.
