We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support a K–5th grade caseload of approximately 55 students for the 2025–2026 school year in Burbank, California. The ideal candidate will provide direct and consultative speech-language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP, collaborate with educators and families, and support students' communication needs within the school setting.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP
- Document student progress and maintain accurate service records
- Support SLP in conducting screenings and informal assessments
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote generalization of skills
- Participate in team meetings as appropriate
- Valid California SLPA license required
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow guidance and work closely with supervising SLP
- Organized, reliable, and committed to student success
