Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

Current state licensure or certification (or eligibility) as an SLPA
-
Experience working with children, preferably in schools
-
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
-
Knowledge of basic therapy techniques and IEP processes (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
-
Assist with implementing individualized therapy plans
-
Prepare therapy materials and maintain organized records
-
Monitor and document student progress
-
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and caregivers to support student success
-
Support SLP in IEP-related activities as needed
