Position Details
- Location: Buena Vista, VA
- Contract Duration: Immediate start through May 21, 2026
- Schedule: 15 hours per week | 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Caseload: 34 students in RTI programming (no IEPs)
- Age Range: Elementary students ages 5-12
- Setting: School-based Response to Intervention program
- Pay Range: 25-30 per hour
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Bachelors degree in communication sciences and disorders or related field.
- Passionate about early intervention and preventative support strategies
- Comfortable working with young learners in tier 2 and tier 3 RTI frameworks
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with classroom teachers and support staff
- Experience or interest in data collection and progress monitoring
