BlazerJobs is partnering with a school district in Bryant, AR to hire a full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for the 2025–2026 school year. This role supports student communication development through direct therapy, collaboration with SLPs, and coordination with educators and families.
Why This Role Matters
As an SLPA, you will:

Provide speech and language support under the supervision of a licensed SLP

Implement individualized treatment plans for K–12 students

Monitor and document student progress

Collaborate with school staff, families, and SLPs to support student success

Assist with screenings and other communication-related activities as needed

We are seeking qualified professionals who:

Hold an active Arkansas SLPA license

Have experience in school-based or pediatric settings (preferred but not required)

Demonstrate strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
