Hiring: Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) – 2025/26 School Year | Full-Time | Pennsylvania
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our supportive school-based team for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a full-time, 35 hours/week (8:00 AM – 3:30 PM) role working alongside certified SLPs who provide direct supervision and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide therapy support to students with moderate to severe behaviors, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and diverse speech/language needs
-
Implement treatment plans under SLP supervision

Support student communication development in both individual and group settings
Requirements:
-
Valid SLPA Certification approved by the PA DOE Board (Pennsylvania Department of Education)

School-based or pediatric experience preferred
-
Strong communication and collaboration skills
