Position Title: Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)
Location: Benicia, CA
Schedule: Full-Time, 2025–2026 School Year
Caseload: Various Student Populations
Supervision: Supporting a VOCO (Remote) SLP
We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to provide onsite support for the 2025–2026 school year in Benicia, California. This position involves working directly with students across a varied caseload, under the supervision of a remote Speech-Language Pathologist. The ideal candidate will bring prior school-based experience and the ability to collaborate effectively with both in-person and virtual team members.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver speech and language support services as directed by the supervising SLP

Assist with implementing therapy goals and tracking student progress

Work with students across different grade levels and needs

Coordinate with teachers and school staff to facilitate services

Maintain accurate service records and documentation

Participate in virtual supervision, meetings, and professional development as needed
Qualifications:

Current California SLPA license required

Minimum 1 year of school-based experience preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a remote supervisor
