Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
Location: Benicia, CA
Schedule: Full-Time | 2025–2026 School Year
We are hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a supportive team for the 2025–2026 school year in Benicia, CA. The ideal candidate will have prior school-based experience and feel confident supporting students across a varied caseload.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language services to students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Implement therapy activities and treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP
-
Document student progress and maintain service logs
-
Support students across various age groups and needs
-
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ communication goals
-
Prepare materials and maintain a therapy-friendly environment
Qualifications:

Valid California SLPA license/certification
-
Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or related field

Previous school-based experience required
-
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to adapt to different student needs and school environments

Must be able to work independently and take direction from supervising SLP
