We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a school-based position in the Bel Air, MD area. This opportunity offers the chance to work alongside a supportive educational team dedicated to building communication skills and student success across academic settings.
Position Overview

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Range: $28–$35+/hr (depending on experience and district budget)

Qualifications

Active Maryland SLPA license

Previous school-based experience preferred, not required

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Ability to follow direction and support supervising SLPs
Primary Responsibilities

Provide direct student services under SLP supervision

Assist with communication goals and IEP support

Conduct progress monitoring and documentation

Collaborate with teachers, families, and related services

Maintain required treatment notes and reports
