A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support elementary-aged students, PreK through 5th grade, in two school sites. This full-time position is based in Pasadena, MD, with a commitment of 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

- Caseload: Elementary students, PreK – 5th grade
- Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
- Required Licensure: Active Maryland Professional Licensure as an SLPA
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to support student communication goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
- Participate in meetings, assessments, and therapy planning as directed.
- Adapt therapy materials and strategies to meet diverse student needs.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current, active Maryland Professional Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant.
- Experience working with elementary-aged children (PreK–5) in a school setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with students, families, and school staff.
- Ability to manage multiple caseloads efficiently across two school locations.
- Commitment to supporting the educational and communication development of students.
