Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) – Part-Time
Location: Beebe, AR
Pay Rate: $30 – $35 per hour (based on experience)

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPA) for a part-time opportunity with school districts in the Beebe, AR area. This role offers a rewarding chance to support student communication development and may be renewed for the following school year based on performance and district needs.

Requirements:

Applicants must meet all local and state requirements to be considered:

• Active Arkansas Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) license

• Completion of an accredited SLPA program or equivalent coursework/training

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field (preferred)

• Prior experience in schools or pediatric settings (preferred, not required)

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist

• Assist with implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

• Support students in developing articulation, fluency, expressive/receptive language, and social communication skills

• Collect data and maintain accurate documentation of student progress

• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to enhance student outcomes

• Follow all district, state, and professional standards and ethical guidelines
