Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our school-based team in Bay City, TX for the 2025–2026 school year. The ideal candidate will work with a K–12 caseload, providing direct therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a supportive team in a collaborative educational setting.
Requirements:

Active Texas SLPA license
-
Bachelor’s degree in Communicative Sciences and Disorders or related field

Experience in a school setting preferred but not required

Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:

Implement therapy plans developed by the supervising SLP
-
Work with students individually and in small groups to address speech/language needs

Collect and maintain accurate data on student progress

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student goals
