Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) Early Childhood Caseload | Near Aurora, IL
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) for a school-based assignment near Aurora, Illinois. This is a wonderful opportunity starting in January for the remiander of the school year to join a supportive early childhood team and make an impact on young learners’ communication development.
Position Details:

Schedule: Full-time, 35 hours per week (Monday–Friday)

Location: Single school site – no travel between campuses required

Caseload: Early Childhood program with fewer than 30 students

Setting: Collaborative, multidisciplinary school environment
Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
-
Support communication goals within classroom routines and play-based learning
-
Maintain accurate documentation and assist with progress monitoring
-
Collaborate with teachers, aides, and families to support student success
Qualifications:
-
Active Illinois SLPA License
-
Bilingual (Spanish/English) proficiency required
-
Previous school or pediatric experience preferred, but not required

Strong communication and teamwork skills
