Pay: $32 - $37/ hour

Job Requirements:

Active Washington SLPA (Speech-Language Pathology Assistant) license
-
Previous school-based experience is required
-
Must be comfortable receiving supervision from a virtual SLP
-
Must meet all state and district-specific requirements for SLPA practice
Job Duties:
-
Work with early childhood students aged birth–5 years, serving a caseload of approximately 40–50 students

Primarily responsible for conducting evaluations, assessments, and documentation

Collaborate with supervising SLP, educators, and support teams to carry out therapy plans

Support developmental and communication goals in early learning environments

Maintain compliance with documentation and service delivery standards
