Travel School Speech & Language Pathology Assistant | Anoka, Minnesota
A dynamic opportunity is available for two onsite Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to provide essential support in school settings within Anoka, MN. This travel position allows you to contribute directly to the communication development of elementary students in a district setting from February 17, 2026, through June 5, 2026.
Responsibilities include supporting licensed speech-language pathologists by assisting with speech and language therapy services tailored to the individual needs of students. You will work closely with educators and therapists to help implement therapy plans and document progress in alignment with district and state guidelines.
Key qualifications and experience:
- Valid Minnesota SLPA license is required and must be presented at the time of application (applications with pending licenses will not be considered)
- Previous experience working as an SLPA in an educational setting preferred
- Ability to work effectively with elementary-aged students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with school staff and families
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional standards
Position Details:
- Location: Anoka, MN (travel assignment)
- Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break
- Caseload focus: Elementary school students
