School-Based Speech Therapist Assistant - Anoka, Minnesota

Support students in a dynamic educational environment as an onsite Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in Anoka, MN. This contract position offers the opportunity to work closely with elementary students, supporting speech and language development from mid-February through early June.
Location: Anoka, Minnesota
Contract Duration: February 17, 2026 – June 5, 2026
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7.5 hours per day with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break (37.5 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed speech-language pathologists in delivering therapeutic services to elementary school students.
- Implement speech and language treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
- Monitor and document students' progress accurately and report to the supervising therapist.
- Support students during individual and group therapy sessions to enhance communication skills.
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and school staff to promote a supportive learning environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Must hold a valid Minnesota SLPA license; applications without an active license will not be considered.
- Experience working in school settings with elementary-aged students preferred.
- Strong understanding of speech and language therapy techniques and intervention strategies.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
