Full-Time SLPA | School-Based Position | Anoka, Minnesota
Blazer Jobs is actively hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a collaborative and supportive school district in Anoka, Minnesota, for the 2025–2026 school year. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about helping students find their voice and develop essential communication skills in a nurturing educational setting.
About the Role
The SLPA will provide direct therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). You’ll work closely with students across grade levels, implementing targeted interventions and supporting individualized education plans (IEPs). This is a rewarding opportunity for SLPAs who are eager to grow, contribute, and make a daily impact on student success.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver speech and language therapy sessions under the direction of an SLP.

Assist with screenings, assessments, and data collection for progress monitoring.

Support classroom teachers and families in implementing communication strategies.

Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to state and district compliance standards.

Contribute to a positive, student-centered learning environment.
Qualifications

Active or eligible Minnesota SLPA license.

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences or Speech-Language Pathology.

Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Compensation & Benefits

Pay range: $35–$38 per hour, depending on experience.
