Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) – Virtual
Location: Anchorage Municipality, AK (Remote)
School Year: 2025–2026
Grade Levels: K–12
Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed and motivated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide virtual school-based services for the 2025–2026 academic year. This position serves students in kindergarten through 12th grade within Anchorage, AK. The ideal candidate will combine clinical expertise with the flexibility and engagement skills needed for online service delivery, while holding current and valid Alaska SLPA licensure.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver speech-language support via secure teletherapy platforms under the supervision of a licensed SLP

Implement therapy plans and strategies developed by the supervising SLP

Collect data and maintain accurate documentation of student progress

Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents through virtual meetings to support student success

Participate in team meetings and assist with evaluations as delegated by the supervising SLP
Qualifications:

Associate’s degree or completion of Alaska-approved SLPA program

Current Alaska SLPA license (required for school-based services)

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills in a virtual setting

Experience in school-based or teletherapy settings preferred
