Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) – Full-Time, In-Person – Anchor, TX
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time, in-person position in Anchor, Texas. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide direct therapy services to students in a supportive and collaborative school-based environment. The ideal candidate will have experience assisting students with speech and language development to support academic success and effective communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing speech and language therapy services for students under the direction of a licensed SLP

Support the delivery of individualized education program (IEP) goals and treatment plans
-
Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to enhance communication and language skills
-
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to promote student engagement and progress

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, student progress, and assessments
-
Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and professional development activities
-
Provide guidance and strategies to staff and families to reinforce student progress across environments
Qualifications:
-
Associate’s degree or relevant certification in Speech-Language Pathology Assistance from an accredited program
-
Eligible to work under a licensed SLP supervision in Texas
-
Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
