What you’ll need:
- Active SLPA license or certification in Washington State
- Experience or coursework in school-based speech-language pathology services
- Ability to work effectively with K-12 students of varying abilities

- Previous school-based SLPA experience is a plus but not required
Your key responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language support under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Work with students individually or in small groups to improve communication skills
- Track and document student progress and report observations to the supervising SLP
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Prepare and maintain instructional materials and therapy equipment
