Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Onsite
Grades: K–12
Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a dedicated team in a school-based setting for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a full-time, onsite role in Aberdeen, WA, supporting students in grades K–12. You will be part of a collaborative environment with another onsite SLP to assist with caseload supervision and support.
What You’ll Do:

Provide speech-language therapy services to a diverse K–12 student population.

Conduct evaluations, write reports, and develop/implement IEP goals.

Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Support students with various needs, including speech/language delays, articulation disorders, and more.

Maintain accurate documentation and meet compliance deadlines.
Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Washington ESA certificate (Educational Staff Associate)

Valid WA SLP license
-
Prior school-based experience preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills
