Remote Oklahoma School SLP Contractor
Join our team as a Remote Oklahoma School SLP Contractor, delivering virtual speech-language services to K-12 students across Oklahoma. This 1099 role offers flexibility and independence, while still providing a collaborative environment with educators and families. As a contract provider, you'll manage your own schedule and caseload, while ensuring all services comply with Oklahoma educational standards and IDEA regulations. Your clinical expertise and remote professionalism will support students in achieving communication goals. We are seeking motivated SLPs who can thrive independently and maintain strong relationships in a virtual setting.
Responsibilities:

Conduct remote speech-language assessments via secure teletherapy platforms.

Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to each student.

Collaborate with Oklahoma school staff to support student progress.

Document sessions and maintain compliance with district and state regulations.

Provide therapy using engaging, evidence-based interventions.

Participate in virtual IEP meetings and parent conferences.

Track student progress and update documentation regularly.
-
Adapt therapy plans to suit virtual delivery models.

Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and FERPA.

Manage a consistent weekly therapy schedule independently.

Report on caseload status to district partners as required.

Participate in professional development opportunities.

Support transition planning and RTI services as needed.

Address articulation, fluency, voice, and language concerns.

Maintain licensure and ASHA certification in good standing.

· Must have a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
· Contractors must provide your their own liability insurance
· Comfortable being an independent contractor (1099)
· Home computer with high internet speed
· Passed basic tech screening
Interview Process:
- 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
- 20-30 minute Virtual Interview with the School District
- Offer is typically within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview
