Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Yuba City, CA
A licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) is needed to provide school-based speech and language therapy services in Yuba City, California. This role offers travel opportunities within California school districts and options for onsite or virtual work, accommodating both full-time and part-time schedules. The position supports the academic and communication development of students by delivering comprehensive speech-language support.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy to students
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and individualized treatment plans
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, collaborating closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress records
- Address a variety of student communication needs
Qualifications:
- Active California SLP license
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) may be considered for some placements
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required
- Strong collaboration and communication skills within multidisciplinary teams
