Speech and Language Pathologist in Marysville, CA

A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to support a school in Marysville, CA on a 3-month contract. This role requires a licensed SLP holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to address the speech and language needs of students over a temporary leave period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy sessions to students with speech and language disorders
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) required
- Experience working in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop tailored therapeutic plans and adapt techniques to meet individual student needs
- Reliable and organized with a commitment to student success
