Description: We're seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Specialist to join our team in Youngstown, Ohio. You'll conduct assessments, devise tailored treatment plans, and provide therapy services to diverse age groups. Collaboration with educators and caregivers is key for optimal outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, and communication abilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client goals.
- Provide direct therapy services using evidence-based techniques and strategies.
- Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and document client outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, educators, caregivers, and stakeholders to ensure coordinated care.
- Stay current with advancements in the field and participate in professional development activities.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- CCC-SLP certification
- Ohio state licensure or eligibility
- Preferred experience with pediatric or adolescent populations
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
