School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | York, Pennsylvania

Multiple full-time positions are available in the York, PA area, delivering direct services to school-age students or young learners in early intervention.
Qualifications:
- Hold a current Pennsylvania SLP License and PA Teaching Certification (must be included with your application)
- Previous experience in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
- Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs), provided agency covers supervision requirements
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Must provide all necessary documents with your application; SLPAs are not eligible
Overview of Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy onsite to students, supporting both general and autism support programs
- Manage a caseload in either elementary (K-12) or early intervention (ages 3-5) settings
- Conduct appropriate evaluations, maintain compliance documentation, and track student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs and IFSPs
- Participate in case management as needed
- Dedicated time allotted weekly for paperwork and administrative duties
