Caseload: Varies based on assignment
Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality virtual speech-language therapy aligned with Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
-
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans suited for telepractice

Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families through virtual meetings and communication tools

Participate in virtual IEP meetings and multidisciplinary planning sessions

Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with school district and state regulations

Utilize teletherapy platforms and digital tools effectively to engage students and support their progress
Qualifications

Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology License required

Experience or interest in telepractice preferred

Strong communication, technology, and organizational skills
-
Ability to work independently and manage a virtual caseload
