Position Overview:
We are seeking additional full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team and work in-person. This role focuses on our Early Intervention program, working with children ages 3-5 years who have a variety of disabilities, including developmental delays, speech or language impairments, and autism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to children ages 3-5 years with diverse disabilities.
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy sessions.
- Work in various settings, including daycares, homes, preschools, early childhood special education classrooms, and service provider locations (libraries, CAIU sites, churches where parents bring their child for service with the SLP).
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to support the child's development and progress.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and progress reports.
Position Details:
- Hours: 35 billable hours per week
- Schedule: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience working with young children with developmental delays, speech or language impairments, and autism is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in various settings.
