A contract opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) serving high school students (grades 9-12) is available in Kenosha, WI. This role provides vital speech and language support to students in a school setting, helping them improve communication skills and succeed academically.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments for high school students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy sessions targeting articulation, fluency, voice, and language disorders
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulations and school policies
Qualifications:
- Active and valid SLP license
- Experience working with high school-aged students is preferred
- Strong knowledge of speech and language development and disorders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Job Details:
- Contract position from start date as soon as possible through the end of the school year
- 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday
- Located in Kenosha, WI
