Yelm Community Schools is seeking seven (7) full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2025–2026 school year. These are onsite-only positions serving a diverse K–12 student population. We are looking for dedicated professionals who are committed to helping students succeed through high-quality speech and language support.
Position Details:

Status: Full-Time

School Year: 2025–2026 (start/end dates pending confirmation)

Caseload: K–12 students

Student Load: Approximately 45–50 students per SLP

Location: Onsite at Yelm Community Schools (no remote or hybrid options)
Qualifications:

Valid Washington State SLP License or willingness to obtain prior to the start date

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) may be considered

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
-
Previous school-based experience is a plus but not required
