Full Time Contract for the 25/26 School Year
Pay: $57-$62

Job Requirements
• Active Delaware Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License issued by the Delaware Board of Speech-Language Pathologists, Audiologists, and Hearing Aid Dispensers
• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
• Ability to obtain or maintain Delaware Department of Education (DOE) certification if required by the district
Job Duties
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and design individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapy services to students in both group and one-on-one settings
• Track student progress, maintain detailed records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support communication development using evidence-based methods and assistive technology
