Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (Contract) – Wyoming, DE
Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time contract position in Wyoming, DE. This school-based opportunity is open to a hybrid schedule, allowing for both in-person and virtual services.
Requirements
To be considered, applicants must:

Hold a valid Delaware Speech Language Pathologist license and meet all state certification requirements

Comply with all requirements set in place by local and state regulations
-
Have previous school-based experience (preferred)
-
Bring experience working with special education students and families (highly preferred)
-
Demonstrate knowledge of assessments, therapy techniques, and IEP compliance
Responsibilities
Typical duties for this role include:
-
Conducting speech, language, and communication evaluations for students
-
Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans aligned with IEPs
-
Delivering therapy services in both individual and small group settings (in-person and virtual, as applicable)

Supporting teachers and staff with strategies to enhance student communication in the classroom
-
Monitoring, documenting, and reporting student progress toward treatment and IEP goals
-
Collaborating with parents, guardians, and multidisciplinary school staff to promote student success
-
Ensuring compliance with district, state, and federal requirements for speech-language services
